Enquiries and service requests
I consent to LLC “SEAMPLOY”, OGRN 1257800042940, INN 7805823031, at Office 736, Premises 10-N, Litera A, Building 3, 10 Dvinskaya Street, Saint Petersburg 198035, Russian Federation, processing the information I provide in an enquiry: my name, company and role, email address, telephone number, enquiry details, attachments and related correspondence.
The purposes are to receive and respond to my enquiry and discuss the service or cooperation I requested. Processing may include collection, recording, storage, updating, use, provision to service providers involved in handling the enquiry, restriction and deletion, using automated systems or manual methods. Depending on the system, information may be processed in Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany and the Netherlands, subject to applicable transfer requirements.
This consent remains valid for up to five years after my last relevant interaction, unless I withdraw it earlier by emailing info@seamploy.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully or processing permitted on another legal ground.
Seafarer applications
I consent to LLC “SEAMPLOY”, OGRN 1257800042940, INN 7805823031, at the address above, processing the information I provide in my application and CV: my name, contact details, nationality and citizenship, rank, availability, sea service, employment history, qualifications, certificates, references, salary expectations and other information I submit for recruitment. This consent does not cover medical or other sensitive information for which a different form of consent is required.
The purposes are to review my application, contact me, assess my suitability for relevant vacancies, verify information I provide and, where appropriate, present my relevant professional profile to a prospective shipowner or ship manager for a specific opportunity. Processing may include collection, recording, storage, updating, verification, use, provision to relevant prospective employers and service providers, restriction and deletion, using automated systems or manual methods. Depending on the system and opportunity, information may be processed in Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany and the Netherlands or lawfully transferred to a recipient involved in a specific placement.
